Kristine Bene

I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a  business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

3) Is Your Personal Development training any good?

Yes Our Personal Development Training is very good.  It covers a wide range of information from many authors. Not only is it detailed information, on the theory of the information, but also includes what this means and how to achieve the results.

An additional benefit is the attendees are a group of like-minded leaders all with a common goal to do and be better, achieving their individual goals.

4) What is a “Business in a Box”?

A Business in a Box is typically a ready-made, pre-packaged business solution that includes everything you need to start and run a business quickly — often with minimal setup or prior experience.

What’s Typically Included in a Business in a Box:

•  Business Plan - A detailed roadmap outlining the business model, target market, and revenue strategy.
•  Products or Services - Pre-developed products (physical or digital) or defined service offerings.
•  Website or E-commerce Platform - A ready-to-launch website or online store, often customizable.
•  Marketing Materials - Templates for ads, emails, social media, branding, and promotional content.
•  Sales Funnel & CRM Tools - Tools for managing leads, customer relationships, and automated sales processes.
•  Training & Support - Tutorials, webinars, or coaching to guide you through setup and operation.
•  Licensing or Legal Documents - includes necessary documentation or legal frameworks.

5) Is this a “Business in a Box”?

Yes, but our implementation is different.  Many “Business in a Box” solutions are much like a correspondence course, you are provided the forms and worksheets, but it is up to you to complete the process with little to no help.  Our approach is different, in that we provide mentors, community, live video calls multiple times a week, to help you.
A large strength of our business is from the people in the business, many with over 15 years of experience, helping to augment the training, update the training, mentoring new distributors, …
One of the unique aspects of the business is that it is no pressure sales.

Our business is basically

1 – Find leads – people that may be interested. Usually leads are found through free and paid advertising.  No calling family and friends.
2 – Qualify the lead.  Find the ones that can see the opportunity and want to take advantage of the offer.
3 – Qualified Leads are provided a very detailed information video, explaining all aspects of the offer, including product, pricing, payments, process, expectations, training, tools, costs, examples of results and testimonials, corporate philosophy, … This provides detailed information for the lead to fully understand the opportunity, no secrets!
4 – After video presentation the potential lead is questioned about their interest, with highly interested people invited to a live Question and Answer meeting. This Q&A will be hosted by a senior representative providing their experience to answer questions further providing clarity.  Clients that do not think the opportunity is for them are thanked for their time, and parted as friends.
5 – Get involved – If the potential customer makes the decision to get involved, they start the onboarding process.

6) How do I start a Business?

As you will need to become a business to become a distributor of the Personal Development and Leadership training, you need to be your own small business.

The legalities of this are different in different countries but have the same general steps.  You will have access to a mentor who has been through the process in your county.
The reason for the business is mostly to be in accordance with your country’s tax laws.  Basically, expenses in the business made with the thought that it will create revenue, are tax deductible, and typically businesses only pay taxes on profit.  This is a generality, and you need to know the rules in your country.

Some things that are involved in a business
•  Business Name (trade name)
•  Business Structure (this may change as the business grows)
•  Bank Accounts
•  Accepting Payments (money transfers, merchant accounts, …)
•  Logo
•  Brand
•  Web site name(s)
•  Financing?
•  Accounting (could start with only a spreadsheet)

7) Can I work from home? Remotely?

Yes.  The business has been set up as a Global business of independent contractors providing the marketing and lead generation.  As an independent contractor you make the decisions on when and where you work.  There is no need for a store front, all you need is a cell phone, possibly a computer, and an internet connection.  As this is a performance-based business, you get paid on your results, and it is up to you to put in the effort to make the revenue.  This also means your earnings are not capped, being based on your effort / results.

8) Can I work and travel?

Yes. Much like working from home, you can work from anywhere.  If you are the type of person who likes to lay on a beach, you can definitely bring your laptop and make money while traveling.  If you plan to move to another country (short term or long term) you can bring the business with you. It is your business, so you decide when and where you work the business.

9) Is this an online business?

Yes, the business uses the internet and telephone for almost all communication, including distribution of the courses. It is a real business not one where you get paid to click or like something.  The training does includes optional live in-person training for the advanced courses, as being in-person helps with the understanding and knowing the material.

10) Is there support or help growing my business?

Yes.  This business is designed to help mentor and train business leaders until they can mentor and train others.  There are 3-4 live calls a week for continual training, where your questions can be answered.  You have access to the person that brought you into the business for additional training / mentoring.  As well as all the training videos in the back office portal.

11) Who is this Opportunity for?

The opportunity is not for everyone.  The following people may be interested

•  Retired (semi-retired) and looking for fulfilling tasks to do.
•  Too old to be wanted by corporations, but too young to retire.
•  Do not make a good employee, want to live life on your terms.
•  Sick of corporate, want a change of stress, be in control of your time.
•  Family comes first but want to make great money working on your time.
•  Would like to travel and work from anywhere, anytime.
•  Want to be your own boss, be in control with no limits.
•  Want stability of working for your self, not being concerned when your job or contract will end, in a business that is covid proof and will be needed in the foreseeable future.
•  People who want to
help others grow and change the word.

12) Are there startup costs?

Yes.  This is a real business. It’s actually your business, and there are 2 major costs in a business; time and money.

First, you want to be a student of the product and that includes studying the Personal Development courses.  If you are not interested in Personal Development Training, this is not for you.
The personal development courses will develop your mindset, attitudes, goals, confidence, leadership, helping set you up for success.
Complete the form so we can explain more.

13) Are there operational costs, ongoing costs?

Yes.  This is a real business, actually your business, and there are 2 major costs of a business; time and money.

The operating costs are mostly your time, but there are ongoing monthly charges for the following tools.
Business tools – The opportunity recommends tools for communication, lead management system, web site landing pages, and the back office portal.
Other cost may include (and you may need them anyway) cell phone, internet connection, home office (a table in a separate room), email, marketing, …
Complete the form so we can explain more.

14) How much money can I make?

This is the big question along with how long it will take to make these numbers.
The answer, of course, is it depends on you.  I know that is not the answer you were looking for.
Let’s start with defining the minimum that history has shown can exist, the minimum is zero.  People that start, but take no action, and produce no resulting sales.  Now that is ok if they really just want the Personal Development Training, and that is still well worth the investment.

The other end of the spectrum is far harder to predict.  The company has been in business for over 15 years, with many starting initially, and are still working the business, making a good living.
Your results will be related to your work effort, your goals, your ability to capture quality leads, your ability to properly qualify the leads (attitude, confidence, communication skills, demeaner, likability, trust worthiness, …
Complete the form so we can explain more.

15) Is this a Multi Level Marketing (MLM)?

No.  But there are some similarities.  The big difference is how we get paid.
In in MLM the profit from a sale is usually split between the person who is responsible for the sale, and their upline, and their upline, and their upline, …  To do this the sale is paid to the overseeing business, and they split the payments, usually monthly.
In this business you actually process the sale immediately, and forward the cost of the product to head office, keeping the profit.
Another big difference, not related to being an MLM, is that we sell big ticket item (higher cost) with no physical inventory or delivery cost, being Personal Development and Leadership online training (knowledge/information). This allows us to make 50-80% of the $2,000-$20,000 sale.  Most MLMs are low ticket items ($10-$200) with a much higher physical cost.

16) I am retired and looking for something to do, does this work for me?

Most Definitely.  It is your business where you work when you want, and where you want, getting paid on your results.

This means it is up to you to do the work to get results, and this has little to do with your age or your ability to find corporate work.

Retiring from a full-time role to doing nothing can, and does, destroy people.
Being able to create an income where you have meaningful work helping others, communicating with others, and being a part of a community of likeminded leaders while working as much as you want, while being able to travel and attending family events, we think is an ideal way to continue life.

You will probably make friend with the other like minded distributers.

17) Are the live courses tax deductible?

This is a question for the tax collectors in your country, but generally the answer is Yes.  Expenses made by a business, with the expectation that it will lead to revenue, are tax deductible in most counties.  If that is not the case where you live, you need to move. Just kidding (well not really).

18) Do I sell stuff? Is this commission Sales?

This is a tougher question to answer than it appears.  Firstly, we do not “sell” in the normal salesperson context, where you continually overcome a customer’s objections until they purchase a product.  We qualify leads that are interested, give them all the details (by a video presentation), and let them choose if they would like to proceed, or not, both fine. No pressure, no trickery. But the compensation plan is based on the profit from the Sale, so yes a sale needs to happen (so, yes, it is commission sales based – performance based).

19) How do I find leads?

We typically find leads through digital marketing.  This can be free and/or paid posts/ advertisements.  This could be social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, …  There is no pressure selling to family and friends.

20) What if there is another Pandemic?

Covid 19 caused a lot of businesses to cease to exist, but during that time, this business flourished.  You work from home, using the internet and voice calls, so that can continue.  Also, many people became unemployed, looking for something they could do, and we can help them.  The only major change was that live in person events could not be held.  Virtual personal development training still occurred and was probably more needed than normal.

21) Does this business have a future?

Definitely. Personal Development training is becoming more important every day, to combat the effects of mass consciousness.  The media, politicians, large corporate, … are trying to make everyone small and controllable. But in reality, we are awesomely capable creatures and need to become leaders.  Our Personal Development training is changing the world by building a community of likeminded leaders!!

The personal development industry is a $50+ billion dollar global market, projected to keep growing at over 3%/year. Your online business, positioned with personal development products and business solutions, taps into this growing, global demand for self-improvement, mindset development, and entrepreneurial tools.

22) Can I work the business with my partner?

Yes, but you do not have to.  The personal development training comes with 2 event tickets (the second for a guest) so you and your partner can grow together, even if only one is active in the business.

23) You say it is “My Business”, what does that actually mean?

This really means it is up to you.  You will receive access to the online training portal, live training, individual mentoring, and access to the business tools, but it is up to you to take action.  You own and run the business, and make the decisions that are best for you, and the business.  This is a self-employed business where you operate as an independent contractor.  However, you will be required to adhere to the associate agreement, so you do not violate corporate policies.

24) Is this part time or full time?

Yes.  The opportunity is very flexible to work as much as you want, when you want, and where you want. This is all controlled by performance based compensation, as you get paid on your results based on your abilities and effort.

25) What if I am disabled, can I still do the business?

Yes.  You need to be able to operate a computer and/or phone, and be able to talk (English).

26) I am fed up with corporate, can this be the change I am looking for?

Definitely Yes.  If you are sick of the time demands of corporate, the politics, the glass ceiling, unfulfilled promises, or other reasons, this is a very good choice. It provides a leadership community of achievers and the ability to replace your corporate salary.

27) I know nothing about marketing, can I be successful?

Yes, the online and live training teaches you how to marketing online, and the tools allow you to capture and processes the leads.

28) Starting a business sounds like a lot of work and very risky?

It may appear this way, but in reality, a person with a job may not have the security they believe they have. At any point the job can end.  You can actually be more secure running your own business where you are in control of making revenue, choosing where you allocate resources.

29) I like the income stability of being an employee.

It may appear this way, but in reality, a person with a job may not have the security they believe they have. At any point the job can end.  Often there are benefits of being an employee such as unemployment insurance and health care. In your own business, you can put your revenue into an account, pay yourself a salary, buy insurance, get health care for yourself, build a pension, legally reduce taxes, ...

It’s a matter of perspective and what is important to you.
